We hope you love our clothes as much as we do. But, if you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that custom made items are not eligible for return and any shipping and/or duties charges on international orders that may incur are not refundable.
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that Love Hate Parallel is not responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register with Australia Post. Delivery within Australia made via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days.
